Five Easy Steps to Make Delicious Mattar Paneer at Home

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, and onion. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.

2. Add tomatoes, green chilies, and spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates from the mixture.

3. Add peas and paneer (cottage cheese) to the mixture and mix well. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

4.  Add cream or milk to the mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

5.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
